Can I save my partially completed application and finish it later?
The online application will typically take 5 or so minutes to complete. The form cannot be saved, closed and returned to at a later time. However, if you keep a partially completed form open on-screen, you can come back to finish it anytime later in the same session.
What information will I need to complete this form?
All applicants.
The land tax account number is shown on the top right hand corner of the front of the notice of assessment.
If you are a member of a group, the land tax account number is shown on the notice of assessment Account Group Properties page.
If you do not have a land tax account number for the property, please contact the State Revenue Office - see contact details below.
Where there has been a reduction of rent payable due to the impact of the COVID-19 public health emergency.
The amount of rental income for the pre COVID-19 period and post COVID-19 period.
A copy of your revised rent/tenancy arrangement, which demonstrates the reduction in rental income.
Where the the land has remained vacant due to the impact of the COVID-19 public health emergency.
The date your property became available for rent/lease.
Evidence to demonstrate that the property has been advertised for rent/lease.
Where you operate a business on the land and your business has been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency.

I want to apply for multiple properties
Complete a separate application for each property. If you are applying for six or more properties, please contact the State Revenue Office - see contact details below.
I want to apply as a member of a group
A separate application is required for each property. You will need each property owner’s account number shown on the notice of assessment Account Group Properties page.
How do I attach a document if required for my application?
