This form can be used to update your contact details and postal address for your land tax account. NOTE: if you wish to apply for a property to be classified as principal residence land, please click here.
Who has authorisation to complete this form?
A land tax account holder or legal representative of the account holder may update their contact details by using this form.
What information will I need to complete this form?
The land tax account number shown on the top right hand corner of the front of the notice of assessment. If you don't have a land tax account number for the property, before attempting to fill in this form please contact the State Revenue Office, as shown below.
Executor of Estate
Copy of the will.
Power of Attorney
Copy of the power of attorney document.
Real Estate Agent
Copy of the agent's authority to act form.
