The letter from your financial institution must show it has approved finance to you for the transaction. It must also include the BSB and the Account number for your mortgage account.

Each applicant must provide a separate statutory declaration as referred to in the letter of conditional approval from the SRO.

You must attach receipts demonstrating that you have paid at least $150 000 for work being performed under the building contract.
